Keep in mind that our coats are designed to cover the animal's entire back, not stop mid way. To measure your dog for one
of our great products, measure the length of the back of the animal from base of neck to end of its' butt.
(See drawing on right).
The second measurement is around the belly or widest point, for the girth measurement. With our coats
having adjustable velcro, this isn't usually a problem. If you dog is skinnier or heavier than normal, please put the measurements on
the order form, we will gladly accomodate in the making of the coat.
If someone gets the wrong size, exchanges will be made to keep everyone
happy, & warm etc.

If you are concerned about something fitting, please place the necessary measurements on the comments line of the order form. If you order the wrong size, it can easily be exchanged.
Some of the very popular items are made ahead of time and kept in stock. Due to the number of custom choices we offer,
most items are made by Seamstresses at the time of your order. Please allow up to 7 days for sewing. If you need an item sooner, select the RUSH option on the order form.
Wholesale prices are available to stores, groomers, or fund raising groups
All payments are processed through Paypal. You do not need an account with them to use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards. Once you submit the order, you will see the line "If
you do not have a Paypal account, click here to Continue" on the left of the Log In box. By clicking on the word Continue, it allows you to enter credit card information through their secure server. You should get 2 emails, one confirming the order, and another from Paypal
confirming the payment.
