Everyone needs a faux fur shrug, shawl or wrapMade from several different types of faux fur, these are perfect for an evening on the town, or to wear to a special event such as a wedding. Shrugs, Shawls and Wraps are made out of the Velboa or Luxury Mink furs. They are satin lined, (if you want a Minky Lining, contact us). There are muffs to match. Shrugs, or some people might call them a caplet, are narrower and designed to cover shoulders, while the shawls are longer. Both have satin ties, and come in several different sizes, and several different types and prints of faux fur. Wraps are basically a long rectangle. Matching muffs are available. There are several types of faux furs that we use to make products. The 2 types we like to make the outside layer of the coats out of, are the Velboa, and the Luxury Mink, since these are "sturdier" furs to hold up against the outdoor weather. VELBOA - Some people refer to this faux fur as "short napped", "furry velvet" or "animal skin". It has a wavy pattern to it similiar to how fur would actually grow. There are now several camo prints that have been added to the line-up besides the animal prints. LUXURY MINK - Longer nap, about 1 inch, thicker, heavier fur.
