Yes, I know the dog is not wearing a minky pajama...but it is the style. The picture of him with his bear was just oo cute. Easy to apply 4 legged pajamas and matching robes. Step into design so nothing has to go over the dog's head and twist legs to get into. I say dog, but all kinds of animals wear them. If you would prefer to have snaps down the belly, just indicate that on the comments line of the order form.
Pajamas come in several fabrics. Fleece 4-way Stretch and satin pajamas are one layer. The Minky and Velvet are 2 layers of fabric. The opening on the stomach panel for bathroom privledges is outlined in black in the blue camo picture. The stretch material is often used for show dogs to keep their hair flat while it dries. Minky is a super soft material that has a short nap to it. Most Minky has the super soft side, and a slick knit side, so pajamas and robes are made with 2 layers so the softness is against the skin, and the pattern is also showing on the outside. You can not help but go "ooh"....."aah". It is warm, and cozy.....you would want it against your skin as well. You need to check out the People Blankets section. We will be adding this fabric to the bedding options as well, under the faux fur sections.
There are 12 standard sizes to choose from, ranging from 5" back length to 37" back length. Custom made coats with your dog's specific measurements are not a problem, order the coat that is closest to the length of your dog's back and be sure and put his or her measurements on the comments line of the order form, and we will adapt the coat to fit. Robes are made of the same fabrics as listed above for the pajamas. All robes have double layer of fabric. They are more like our fleece and faux fur coats, with velcro under the neck and under the belly. Robes have a hood, that can either be used, or used just for decorations, and a tie across the back that is more decorative than functional. There are some cats that wear pajamas and robes. (And some dogs that like to cross breed dress.)
