Collar Covers are basically a long tube of fabric that slides over a collar, and scrunches up. A little over twice as wide the actual collar, it ruffles up on each side of the collar to give a dramatic look. The length of the collar cover is about double the length of the collar. There is a small velcro tab to hold the ends together where the ring comes out of the collar for the leash to attach.
